Welcome to The Salvation Army Silicon Valley (SASV) Women's Auxiliary webpage! The Women’s Auxiliary is a fundraising and volunteer service group that supports The Salvation Army's local programs for women and children. Our chapter sponsors initiatives that enrich the lives of Silicon Valley residents by meeting their unique needs. Activities include fundraising through approved projects and events, furnishing volunteer workers, leadership in group work, and many other activities. Together, we work diligently to raise funds and offer hands-on support.

The Women’s Auxiliary executes several annual events for the purpose of raising funds and assisting underserved families and works closely with the Advisory Board. As our chapter grows, the objective is to introduce even more volunteer opportunities.

Thus far, our events and projects have included:

  • Work of A.R.T. Garden Luncheon & Fine Art Drawing
  • Helping Hand-bags fundraiser
  • Christmas Elves Project
  • Every Sole Counts shoe drive
  • Los Gatos Children’s Parade & Canteen
  • Teen Christmas support
  • Backpack Drive
  • Red Kettle Campaign in which we partner with the Advisory Board to staff or sponsor bell-ringing stations across Silicon Valley and/or create individual Virtual Kettles.
