Silicon Valley Locations & Contact Information

The Salvation Army Silicon Valley provides a variety of resources for seniors, families, addicts, and children throughout the Bay Area. Here is a list of our main centers and the services they provide. You may contact each center directly to receive help or inquire about a particular service.  

Emmanuel House

Emmanuel House, our Overnight and Transitional Housing Program, is located at 405 N. 4th Street, San Jose. Community Meals for Breakfast and Dinner are served Monday - Saturday from 7:15 am - 8:00 am & 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm. For more information, please contact Cesar Esquivel at cesar.esquivel@usw.salvationarmy.org or (408) 282-1175.

Family Services

Our family services team is responsible for Rental & Utility Assistance, Clothing Vouchers, and Community Resources. Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm & 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm at 359 N. 4th Street, Room 202, San Jose, CA 95112.

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry is open on a walk-up basis Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Entrance at 359 N. 4th Street, San Jose. Please bring a bag or cart to carry your food items. Senior Nutrition Center

Our Senior Nutrition Center provides lunch Monday - Friday for senior citizens (age 60+). We are located at 359 N. 4th Street, San Jose. Gilroy Corps

San Jose Temple 

The San Jose Temple is located in the heart of San Jose at 359 N. 4th Street. We provide youth programs, Bible studies, and church services. Santa Clara Citadel

Sunnyvale Grace Korean Corps

The Sunnyvale Grace Korean Corps is located at 1161 S. Bernardo Avenue in Sunnyvale. Adult Rehabilitation Center

Our Adult Rehabilitation Center is located in San Jose at 702 W. Taylor Street. The ARC provides addiction recovery support and services, work therapy, group & individual counseling, spiritual direction, and life skills development. The Salvation Army Family Store

Our local family store is located in San Jose at 702 W Taylor Street. When you shop at our Family Stores, the proceeds are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life.
